Endeavour of Bangladesh Police paved the way of BPWN to start it's journey back in 2008
To provide leadership for the achievement of national and global women's development objectives through the policewomen's capacity building and professional skill development.
To execute the activities of BPWN, an executive committee is working consists of 33 executive members from different ranks of Bangladesh Police. Inspector General of Bangladesh Police is the main patron of BPWN.
